NouvLR-123 | Analyst accounts payables

Reporting to the financial services manager your main responsibility will be the management of performance indicators. You will also be called upon to ensure improvement initiatives and monthly audits.

Responsabilités :
• Owner of the KPI on the AP process;
• Works with the procurement and construction departments to identify and solve issues related to invoices and payments;
• Co-chair the weekly aging invoices meetings by segment with the procurement department;
• Supervise system (Pay-it, Kofax, JDE) and process improvement initiatives: tracks progress and participates to UAT testing;
• Supervise monthly audits of the Purchase to Pay;
• Participate to month-end activities (reconciliations, analysis);
• Very operational role with high visibility given the criticality of the AP process for the project to operate efficiently.

Exigences:
• CPA/CMA preferred, with 5 years of experience minimum;
• Experience with the account’s payables cycle;
• Experience in Financial reporting;
• Advance Excell skills;
• Good leadership skills – take initiatives;
• Confortable in a fast-paced environment;
• Truly motivated by the opportunity;
• English and French written and spoken
